What is Alabama White Sauce?

Unlike traditional barbecue sauce that’s tomato based, Alabama White Sauce is a mayo based barbecue sauce. It’s a creamy, peppery, tangy concoction that originated in Decatur, AL. You’ll find it on our smoked half chicken and used as a base for our house slaw!
